Up for sale is this Brand New 2″ Timberframe Chisel from Valkyrie Wood Tools.  Constructed from 1095 high carbon steel with a Rockwell hardness of 59 this chisel is super strong and ready to work!  The 5″ chisel blade is ground to 25 degrees with a 30 degree micro bevel and the first 1/3 of back is flattened. It is sharpened and ready to go to work when you receive it.  The Framing Style is hand turned from American Black Locust Wood and is equipped with both a 6063 Aluminum  ferrule and striking ring to reduce damage from mallet blows.  This hand made beauty by J. Vincent will be your everyday goto for tough woodworking jobs from chopping mortises to pairing  tenons.  

This chisel handle hardwood is from the United States and is very strong has a wonderful fine grain with beautiful coloring.  Add this great framing chisel to your tool set now!
