Up for sale is this hand made Carving / Striking Mallet. Its made from Brazilian Ebony for the head and American Hickory for the handle. Super strong this mallet has a Janka hardness of 3692lbf for the head and 1820 for the handle. This is a beautiful mallet with perfect weight and balance for any type of wood working. Hand detailing / texture on the mallet top adds a great level of detail. Each mallet is a unique one of a kind pice handmade by J. Vincent in his North Carolina studio. A great item for any Woodworker, carver, DIY’er or home hobbyist! It is 19 oz. , has great color and grain, hand texturing on the head, made in the USA and 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
